Manchester merchants, galleries and eateries are uniting to provide an evening of art, food and fun south of the river, on the 4th Friday/June 27th. From 5-7PM enjoy live Brazilian jazz and food at Manchester’s newest café SAVOR. Crittenden Studio, next door to SAVOR, will be open. From 7-9PM see new art exhibits and meet the artists at Art Works, Artspace and 12 12 Gallery. From 9-11PM Scoot Richmond @217 West 7th Street will be hosing a drive-in movie (Big Wee’s Big Adventure). Bring your scooter, lawn chair or blanket.

Savor/Scoot Richmond after-work party on Friday

Savor and Scoot Richmond (Manchester United) are hosting an after-work party this Fourth Friday. Live music at Savor (201 West 7th Street) from 5-7PM, with Guy Crittenden studio having an open house. After 7PM, walk over to Artworks for the Fourth Friday and then back to Scoot Richmond around 8-ish for a showing of “Shawn of the Dead” a la drive-in on their parking lot. Scooters, bikes, motorcycles and trucks that are willing to let people sit out back will be given parking priority. Also, this is grand opening week @ Savor, save 10% off purchases.
