9th Annual Brunswick Stew Festival is Nov.1 @ 17th Street Farmers Market

The 9th Annual Brunswick Stew Festival is coming up on November 1st on the 17th Street Farmers’ Market. The organizers are in need of volunteers to assist both event vendors, as well as regular vendors of the farmers’ market. Volunteer duties include but are not limited to directing vendor traffic to their assigned booths as well as to assigned parking areas located around the 17th Street market. The shift is from 7:30 – 10:00am. To volunteer, please contact Scott Sibley at richmondfmaa@gmail.com or call (804) 677 8918.

Ukrop’s and First Market Bank present the 8th Annual Brunswick Stew Festival this Saturday, Nov.3, at the 17th Street Farmer’s Market. Stew masters from across the South, including Virginia’s own Brunswick County, come with their crews and their enormous pots. The Great Stew Tasting takes place from 11AM-4PM.
