Hi Kathy,
We visited your beautiful restaurant yesterday for lunch. We were greeted by a young gentleman at the counter that took our order and was very accomadating. We order the tuna and chicken sandwich…YUMMY:) However if you were at the your beautiful brand new restaurant yesterday you wouldn’t have been to pleased. A couple of the tables sat dirty for over 10 minutes. The bus boy cleared the table however left crumbs and never put the chairs back in place. There were napkins on the floor and tables and chairs remanined uncleaned.
We both got up to leave went to the bathroom and still our table was dirty. A customer wanted to sit there but no one cleaned it. I stood there for 5 minutes and no one attempte to clear the table. I know your working out the kinks but if you want to make money and turn tables you should speak to your staff.
Good Luck with your new venture in life. I know if you were there you would have been fuming since I was – There were 4 people behind the counter and 1 bus boy. I really think they could have kept the place clean – good luck and we will be back:)
