Council votes YES on conservation easement

City Council has voted unanimously to approve the conservation easement for the James River:

Ord. No. 2009-10 (Patrons: President Graziano, Mr. Tyler, Mr. Samuels, Ms. Trammell and Mr. Conner) – To grant a conservation and open-space easement on the property generally known as the James River Park System to the Capital Region Land Conservancy, the Richmond Recreation and Parks Foundation and the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation.
