		<description>The bill always applied to any baseball facility anywhere, so long as it&#039;s construction was financed by bonds issued between July 1, 2009 and July 1, 2012.  As amended by the Finance committee, the bill could also cover rennovations to an existing facility.  

When combined with current law, the bill would also cover auditoriums, coliseums, or convention centers.  You can read the amended bill at:
