		<description>Small correction on the restrictions for vegetable gardens.  The restriction is any two days per week AND between 8pm and 10pm on ANY DAY.  In other words, you can water during the day on any two days of the week plus you can water between 8pm and 10am on any day...or at least that&#039;s how I interpreted what&#039;s stated at the city&#039;s site.</description>
