Canal Boats And Cobblestones walking tour

This tour focuses on the history, architecture, and preservation efforts of the canal area. Come explore the historic and architectural treasures of Shockoe Slip, and see the work that is being done in this 19th century warehouse district along the James River, the Great Basin and Richmond’s canals.

DATES/TIMES: April 27th, August 24th, October 26th, 2:00-4:00 p.m.; June 28th & July 12th, 6:00-7:30 p.m.

STARTING POINT: Meet your guide at the James Center Clock Tower at 10th and Cary Streets.
