We sighed when we found foundation damage. We cringed when the termite damage was bad, and sellers wouldn't repair it, but we pressed on. But between the change in the Master Plan we read about in the paper this morning, and the sellers being so upside-down on their finances that they can't afford to sell... it won't be happening.
