   Umm…

   I don’t think marital status has any bearing unless she was married to him, and even then I don’t think it matters…

   According to RTD, the sex acts were filmed without her knowledge. And, Moore has not denied this. In fact, he is being charged with an additional count of filming another woman (over 18) without her knowledge.

   Omigod, that is so slimy. I can’t imagine being filmed during an intimate moment without my knowledge.

   I don’t think he deliberatly filmed the girls with him. It’s a “strip” club, isn’t there filming going on for security reasons? Mr. Moore seems slimy, but I don’t him so I shouldn’t judge.

   Club owner’s video stays in evidence (RTD 5/23/08)

   The club owner, Samuel J.T. Moore III, failed yesterday to block use of the video as evidence in a trial on charges that he created child pornography by having sex with the 17-year-old and filming it in his residence above Club Velvet in Shockoe Bottom three months ago.

   I think marital status would matter, it’s supposed to be related to age of consent. Similar to when an underage woman has a child, she’s considered medically emancipated and granted certain rights that her peers wouldn;t typically have.
