The river parks can be dangerous – remember about 5 years ago when they found that man’s head on the overwalk near Belle Island?
And there’s the train bums. I am not kidding, whole homeless villiages near the railroad tracks by the river. I have never heard of any trouble from them, but it is unnerving to run right into a tent city right off the path of a Riverside park.
