Possibly, Hard Rock Festival or Any ol Reason to Party Festival. There was not one thing at the so called Mexican festival that was mexican or latino or spanish. I ate salsa that was being made ( I discovered later) by a country cooking tent, with canned tomatoes. I think the name should show some representation of the event. I guess since it was the 12th annual, maybe I should have had a clue. It was still a big disappointment for $20. I think it's really interesting too that the latino community does not participate.
