GlobeHopper now open!
Tim at geistweg stops by GlobeHopper and has good things to say:
Not unlike Café Gutenberg, I have to say that one of the biggest selling points is the atmosphere. Being in an old building, and making use of the existing structure, the owners have managed to creat that feeling of character you expect to see in Seattle or New Orleans.
The coffee was fresh (and hot) straight out of a French press, with the kind of rich, aromatic flavor I love. And even though I didn’t order any food, Amy had a hazelnut biscotti which she thought was delicious.

I’m very excited about this especially since it’s on my way downtown, too, so stopping there won’t be considered out of my way, :).
Congratulations to Erin and Jenn for putting together such a fabulous place full of charm and character. I love hanging out there! I can’t wait till the weather warms out and the back patio opens up.
We had such a great time at your shop. It’s quaint, colorful and charming but more importantly - the coffee tastes great and there’s plenty of choices on how to drink it.
I also loved my peanut butter and banana sandwich and Asian salad. I can’t stop thinking about it!
