Will you please add Muhammad Al-Samman of Bubbling to your mailing list for Neighborhood Association meetings and news. Muhammad has recently opened Bubbling in the former River City Diner location at 1712 E. Main Street. I do not have an e-mail address for Muhammad, but his cellphone # is 804-519-6317. Thanks so much!

I think I’ve asked this before but are minutes and attendance for these meetings available to the public? Very curious to see what kind of goals you all are setting for the Bottom. Lots happening these days!

Jeff- I’m working on getting a better line of communication set up w/ them. Hopefully there will be more information next month.
